WattsIT Analytics provides tools that allow users to upload their smart meter or energy usage data and receive energy insights, tariff comparisons, estimates of energy costs, and optional supplier quote assistance. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.

The Service is currently free for users. We may introduce paid features or premium services in the future. If so, we will update these Terms and you will have the option to review them before being charged.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Provide only accurate and lawful information
• Not attempt to access or interfere with data that is not yours
• Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any credentials you use to access the Service.

3. Supplier Quotes and Lead Generation

If you request supplier quotes through the Service:

• You authorise WattsIT Analytics to contact suppliers on your behalf for the purpose of obtaining price quotes or offers.
• You consent to WattsIT Analytics transmitting your address, energy usage data, and relevant analytics to suppliers so they can prepare a quote.
• We do not control suppliers and are not responsible for their actions, communications, pricing, decisions, or contract terms.
• Any agreement you may enter into with a supplier is strictly between you and the supplier.
• WattsIT Analytics may receive compensation from suppliers in connection with referrals or the generation of qualified leads. This does not influence the analytics or insights provided to you.

4. Data and Privacy

Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your uploaded data. By submitting data, you grant WattsIT Analytics a licence to process it for the purposes of providing and improving the Service, including anonymised analytical and research use where described.

5. Service Modifications and Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted service.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• that recommendations or analytics will be accurate, complete, or up to date;
• that the use of the Service will result in cost savings or favourable supplier outcomes;
• that supplier quotes will match final contract terms.

You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WattsIT Analytics and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed €100 or the total amount you paid to us in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be heard exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
